Prolaris® (CCP Score)
Clinical Context & Background
Prolaris measures the expression of cell cycle progression (CCP) genes to assess prostate cancer aggressiveness. The result is typically reported as a CCP Score (ranging from -3 to +3) and a Combined Clinical Risk (CCR) score which predicts the 10-year risk of prostate cancer-specific mortality or metastasis.
